I provide labour only mate my unit and all the gear is payed for direct by the company, I just manage the incoming and outgoing stock and do the reworking of the gear while it’s in the warehouse, not really to worried about grants and handouts just very pissed of that the bank that should be helping in times of difficulty are trying to stick the boot in as well, anyways an apology was all I was after so the £55 is just a little bonus and a confirmation they were in the wrong, I’m happy now,

Got nearly 40 years of self employment stamps but because I had a break then started a new company I don’t qualify not that I am asking for anything but for my own bank to come out with that shit after the tens of thousands they have earned off me over the years is a disgrace and if they ever pick up the phone they are about to find out just how pissed off I am

Due to the virus I had to shut my workshop down at the end of March and have not worked since, despite all these great schemes being advertised I was told I’m worth less than £300 a month in benefits to live on, I am relatively debt free and own everything I have outright with nothing owing on anything, I thought no problem tighten the belt buckle a bit and ride the storm which I have done without any problem, but amazingly and I’m still reeling from this I received a letter from my bank yesterday saying that as I have not used my bank account for several months that I have 27 days to start us

Excuse my ignorance but I thought that earth was slowly moving towards the sun and eventually we will have to move to the next planet for the human race to continue, ???? Wait until December and buy yourself a cheap camper, you can still keep your place as a base and spend alternative weeks in Colchester, then if you get an exchange somewhere down the road sell the van mid summer and double your money, alternatively if you could raise a deposit to rent privately then get the social to pay the rent once your in, don’t give up at the first hurdle mate just keep attacking from different angles until you get there ???

Bought this old girl last year my son now lives onboard I,m just getting the mechanics sorted out he’s fitting out the interior bought with an engineers report saying it needed a new engine, well I’ve got the old one up and running and think when the head is re gasketed and torqued down properly there is nothing wrong with it, the last person failed to torque down the head properly and water has been moving through and getting in the oil £3000 quoted for engine done for less than £300 happy days and a view of his garden ??

I,m in neither camp really, both sides have some valid points, but the van hallen belt has just always been a bit of a stumbling block for me, i was fishing for born to lay some facts on me ? I try to keep an open opinion on most things and try not to brand others as looneys or idiots because they offer different opinions unless I can categorically call it as bullshit and as I’m not going to be going to the moon anytime soon I,ll just file it under case open ?

Think an inch of lead would have been more helpful than dedication and commitment when travelling through a radioactive belt that spreads for miles and would have fried anyone sat inside a couple of MM of aluminium, not for or against, it’s just the one thing that to me has never really been properly explained and the fact that all these years later all space travel stays inside the belt kinda suggests we can’t travel through it ???

Sadly one of the most common causes of paralysis, had a bro involved in a bad car accident years back, he spent over a year in a specialist spinal injury hospital and most of the other occupants were either motorbike accident or diving into shallow water, there will be 10/20 deaths every time we have a bit of hot weather through alcohol ,heat and water always has always will be?

Yes because the tax man is loaning out money to people who gave him the money in the first place so he can tax them again on it and then make us all pay again in higher tax,s to take the pain away from him lending money to the people who’s money it is in the first place,, Simple rule of life you get nothing for nothing, just be grateful you have been able to go to work and feed your family

I was fishing on the kennet and Avon canal some years back with my boy and this old fella was sat were I wanted to go so I dropped me gear by my lad and said I,ll just wait til he goes, next minute he’s leant forward in his deckchair to net a fish the chair has snapped shut and old fella, chair rod and net just done a forward roll straight in the drink, after I stopped laughing I offered some assistance but he just climbed out loaded his trolley up and left without a word ????

Another point, I would make is otter predation on ponds tends to occur in winter when rivers are in flood and they will use a slide to enter the water like most mammals they are creatures of habit and if it were to be made legal they are very susceptible to snaring, ?the slide will normally be on the side of the lake nearest to a stream or other water course as that’s were they will come in from
