Not a football fan in anyway shape or form,don’t follow a team or watch football at any level and have never felt the urge to chase a ball but I am patriotic and for that reason watch most England team things like six nations rugby world cups and euros so can’t really have an educated opinion but last night I felt the pain of every English football fan it was just lack lustre and painful to watch like no one had any ambition or drive to go forward just happy kicking the ball around and keeping possession with no other plan heard Southgate got pelted with plastic cups leaving the pitch lol

If he was being held for money I would say with the amount of police activity going on he would have been disposed of by now he is a bottom rung of the ladder little shit not worth putting your business at risk for on the other hand if he was lost on a little island I would think he would have been found by now not sure what kind of scavenging birds they have over there but here they are my biggest asset in looking for dead things also the amount of drones and dogs they are using, someone that just dropped down through dehydration would not be far from a path or road so in conclusion I recon

It’s mostly water mate 5 mil of each the apple cider vinegar is good for arthritis, Tyne syrup for your respiratory system nettle root for your prostate and testosterone levels and honey makes it all taste palatable and is nature’s wonder food I try to avoid medication as much as possible

I have an Iranian friend in Bristol his dad won medals for Iran in wrestling years ago before they had to flee to the uk, he is well into his 50s now and runs a small gym lots of names in MMA come down to learn grappling from him and for his age he is one of the hardest little feckers you will ever try to pin down very skilled indeed

I had a nice bit of sqidgey last night someone brought to the bbq only needed a half a joint for the whole evening, only got through a fraction of the food I prepped so enough for today and will finish off tomorrow with a nice belly pork I’ve boned stiffed and rolled should be fantastic after 2 days in the fridge marinading, the simple pleasures of life food family and friends
