Neighbour's got piles of soil, rubble, broken slabs etc behind his shed and the rats are loving it. They been coming in under his fence and through into mine behind my shed. Shot maybe a dozen in last 6 months with airgun but just not got the time for that so ordered a couple of mark4's. And with the helpful posts of you gents on here.. First one yesterday.

Have a look at some "switch rods " . Sort of a single hander / lighter form of a double hander. Can be used as either. Got a cheap one a few years back when tennis elbow set in and the single hander was getting way to painful.

??.. ok 7 yards actually! ? 100kt, airmax 4-16×50 zero'd at 35 yards with jsb heavy. Eyed a young rat a few days ago whilst watching a robin going about it's buisness. Got decking in rear garden..been down about 14 years now and never seen a rat till recently, although I've had the odd bee nest. Neighbour's either side got fish ponds/ bird food tables so there go's. Bit of mackerel oil and peanut butter here and there..kitchen window open..couple of Stella to hand after a few rough niteshift and wait it out. First ever job delivering it. 14 years old back in the mid eighties.. 4a.m start and jumping out the back of a moving van with a crate or two of glass bottled milk and orange juice backwards and landing on top of you... wasn't much fun before school! ? Back of the van stunk of mouldy auld milk and broken auld eggs. Chucked me guts up a few times with the stench and went to school reeking! Got a paper round in the end..

Mr Mathews our English teacher.. he said his bit and then went to the back of the class room. Anybody pissing about or copying would get a karate chop on top of the head from behind.. we never heard it coming, didn't really hurt with a thick head of hair back then cut basin style..was more of the shock factor. Had ring on his little finger too. We nick named him "JAP" ? ?

What's the fps variation like with another pellet? I've got a tin of heavies here all over the place on the chrono but then get a nice 5 fps spread again when I switch back to the guns favourite AA express

Medium mounts mate.. got about 3mm clearance off barrel. 35 yard zero with heavies and shit loads of elevation clicks to go at. ( ok couple of clicks right needed before you lot start?)
