  1. can't fault my Hancock yet. Seems to have plenty of bottle at 5 month old and all the training is already in place. Just keep him ticking over now

  3. Sully he's only 5 month an just shy of 22tts now. Shame wales1234 she died, 2-3 year old the beardy come into there own.
  4. I use jeyes on the kennel, says on the tin it's fine to use for animal pens.

The best allrounders had their Achiles heel,id own any decent dog with only 1 chink in their armoury.Id be more interested in a mutt that could muller a proper hare,lamp,ferret,own a taste for venison and feather,mark,hunt and do the same again and again,id be happy enough crossing a smelly vulpine off the list as long as the rest of the list was fulfilled.How many genuine fox dogs could live in the shadow of a genuine lurcher?.cracking post. To me a lurcher is everything but a fox dog.

  16. Her mother was 3/4 grey 1/4 beddy to a full Laguna whippet and father is a 1st cross , she's a very dangley pup even to look at her she's all legat 10 weeks sure mine was 12tts.

  18. The working deerhound situation is indeed dire! I don't think even the most ardent deerhound fans (and I'm one) would disagree with that.There are a few pures over here in Ireland that are run on fox and occasionally hare. For anyone wanting to breed deer/greys these are the type to look for. There are also some deerhound lurchers bred by crossing deer/greys with bull/greys or wheaton/greys by lads that want something big, heavy and tough. I personally feel that if anyone has a pure or deerhound lurcher of any type that turns out half decent as a worker they should breed it with the best work

  20. lol deerhounds for deer? Not hare fox or rabbit.so maybe they are the better type for deer. Lol
