  5. Good advice there neems. When I moved my old dog out from house to kennel, I left the kennel door open so they got used to it with out being enclosed , fed her in there, also left a T shirt I had worn in with her bedding and I never had any grief off of her
  6. Ignore it. But I had a pup that no matter what I did, however much time spent with it it screamed my garden down at hour or two at a time , whenever the fecking thing felt like. Lol
  7. I give up waiting mate f**k that. Can't wait for nearly a year, unless I already had enough dogs then obviously it would be different story.
  8. I put my name down on a pup in October, still waiting lol
  9. Ye he's brill pup mate. Got him retrieving sound. Throw it out 20 yards so he can still see it and as he's going out I'm walking back lengthen the return to about 30 odd yards n he bring it back straight away no messing around. Il leave off with the training now he knows the crack. Be amongst sheep is my next exposure
  10. Few more pictures of Eddie. 10 week old last Saturday, he hasn't stressed me out one bit, not put foot wrong he's just a calm confident pup. First time seeing water today came straight in.
  11. Hahaha f**k the dogs and beer, show us the GRASSSSSS lol
  12. I bought SS lurcher collar n lead set , brilliant quality but I don't even use it no longer. I used to use the collar lamping but realised my dog wasn't catching like usual, I bought a 1 " really thin flexible nylon thing from pet shop and he catches miles better. Think there too stiff , but if your using it just to walk the dog go for it. My dog must of swam 1000 miles whilst wearing it and it's still as strong as when I first got it
  13. Might be worth putting it in the days out section further down main page mate. Good lucj
  14. thats probably because you are use to a bright lamp. you would soon adjust to a duller lamp after a few nights out with it. i used a 30 watt bulb in a lance or striker lamp and have just switched to a 150 sport. can see more than i can have with either set up lol. its not only to do with what you can see in the field you are in it helps keep light to a minimum in the next field which i think helps a little in areas where there is lamp shy game. used a lance 140 50 w with dinner for years. Always thought dimmer was better. But I do better with my HID now which is like the sun
  15. If you flashing a lamp about the countryside where people can see don't matter what power it is, it'll be seen. Love it when people say they love really dim lamps. I do much better with a bright as f**k lamp. Just don't keep it on like someone who don't know how to lamp. I find u need to keep dimmer lamps on little longer to get proper recognition.
  16. Fair play d Lloyd that's a stunning litter. Atb with pups
