Its ridiculous Leo you can make Yorkshire puddings out side Yorkshire. Cheers Arry

An Cornish army will be forming and matching towards you as we speak. You're not allowed to make Cornish pasties unless in Cornwall. We are not so funny about it in Devon so you can call them Devonshire Pasties or West Country ones. The Cornish have claimed the Pasty even though Devon has the oldest recorded recipe. Cheers Arry

Always been rivalry between Devon and Cornwall, banter really. Sorry mate there is a long queue for Pasties Lol. Have a go at making them its not hard really. Just make the pastry with hard bread flour it much tougher when putting it together and crimping. Cheers Arry

Stock is a great thing mate adds so much to a roast. If its a chicken roast I chuck all the bones in a sauce pan with left over onions and veg trivet boil them up strain and freeze in takeaway containers. Cheers Arry

Devon Pasty's are the best Lol. Cheers Arry

I don't like fancy pasty's cheese and onion etc. Just the proper beef skirt potato swede and onion ones being a Devon lad. What is popular in one of our local butcher does in little cocktail pasty's think he buys them in frozen and cooks them, but they are nice. I could eat five of them Lol. People will come miles down here fora really good pasty. Cheers Arry

Some Cracking looking stuff Leo. Do you make Pasty's. Cheers Arry

Wifey winds me up when she answers a scam caller. She is so polite to them "sorry we don't want that or sorry we don't have Windows on our computer" while I'm shouting tell the fuckers to f**k off Lol. Another thing why does she come into the kitchen when I'm cooking and want to load the washing machine and dish washer Lol. Cheers Arry

Well last night we had a couple of Pan Cakes each and didnt think we would have any thing else. After two hour I was getting peckish, so had a look in the fridge. A bowl of yesterdays boiled rice which I used to knock up Egg Fried rice for Wifey (no photo sorry). There was also a tub of day before Mash potato so knocked up Colcannon/Bubbly with some sprouts, spring onions and a few peas. Put a egg on top a piece black pudding, mushrooms and fried onions with a load of HP sauce. It don't look great but hit the spot. Sort of thing I would have cooked up if I came home pissed Lol.

I watched 4 blokes standing over a hole (Gass works) no work being doing all 4 texting. Wifey said the other day "I tried calling you when you was out walking" I said I turned the phone off. She said "what if there was an emergency " I said I would have turn it back on, she was not amused. Cheers Arry

As said in signs of Spring out for a mooch at a friends farm. Dog is always glad to see me and came with me looking for rabbits. Not that far from Hay tor. Looking the other way an Iron Age fort on top of the hill. This little pond I dug out for them maybe 15 years ago. Bit weeded up now, full of life though. Cheers Arry -
Cracking morning out for a mooch at a farmer friends place. Masses of Frog Spawn. Also watch a Jackdaw struggling to get into somebody's roof space with sticks. Cheers Arry
