Raw old wind today. Made up a stew from left over Lamb and Chicken and all veg in fridge and garden. Cheers Arry

Lamb Roast today. Photos for Franks Dad. A trivet of Veg and herbs. Add stock. Brown the Lamb and rest on Veg trivet. Cover with foil. Then into a preheated oven 200c after 15 minutes turn down to 180c. After about hour and a half remove. I used a temperature probe for every thing. Now the potato's (Maris Piper). Par boil till a knife just goes through then fluff up in a colander I sprinkle garlic powder and herbs plus black pepper and fluff up again. Tip into a tray of preheated oil and into oven with the Lamb.

I also have an X-Trail my second one, had them for six or seven years. Would get another if the one f**k up, Diesel mind. I put some town and country style tires on them and take them up across field and tracks. Good about of room when the seats go down and do a fare bit of logging, ferreting and out after the fungi. Slept in it a couple times with the seats down and an air bed at the THL fishing comps. Cheers Arry

Couple Rib Eyed Steaks for Valentines day meal. Photos for Franks Dad. Chips boiled for minute and a half then left to dry. Will be deep fried for about seven minutes till they start to turn at 140c degrees then about one minute at 180c. Cheers Arry

Its a hard one mate. Ive had a two really bad days like that that I won't go on about again. I tell imagine how would they want me to behave and live my life. I'm sure they would say you have your life to live so go live it but don't forget me. Thats exactly how I have coped. All the best mate. Arry

3-2-20 a 20' pond was so full of spawn and frog I never seen anything like it you could hear the frogs from 25 yards away. There was no water left it was all spawn. Cheers Arry

An old boy Plumber (Charlie Perring) brought some massive Onions into work to show us years ago. He's gone now bless him was a really nice bloke. Told me to put Onion seed in Christmas Day, wrote every thing down on a piece of paper for me about feeding etc. Of coarse bit of paper is lost which is a shame. I now grow big Onions up to 2 and a half pounds and I'm surprised how long they keep. If you want to grow big Onions the variety I use is "Exhibition". Which I used to grow Suttons but for the last two years but germination has been bad. So switched to Premier Seeds and germination is v -
My heart goes out to you ryaidinhio I know how it its, hard one. Did the same for my last JR broke the wife's heart. Its the reason she won't let me have another dog. Bloody hard when you have to bite the bullet and do the right thing. All the best Arry.
