We had a Presa x bitch about 20 years ago and we called her Nanna. She would hang around the children, mainly for food. The kids could climb all over her and she loved it. She would follow them everywhere and was super alert when anyone new was about, so much so, if we knew someone was about that she wasn't familiar with, she was put way, it wasn't worth the risk. The best led lamping torch I have is a rather large Thrunite TN42 it has a 1500m plus beam. If out with a pal, I'd give them a Striker, variable of course . I would use the Thrunite along side the Striker. There was no field too big. The new TN42 V2 has a 1860m beam, that's over a mile

I've got a few. I use a Warrior 3 as a daily carry, a Javelot if I'm using for a search light. They are both about the same size. I haven't got a lamping dog at the mo, but the Javelot would do the trick for small fields and short sessions. They both fit in your pocket nicely. I wear Carhartt double fronted work strides and the torches fit in the tool pocket and you don't even notice they are there.
