I have watched a few documentaries on crocs amazing speed when they launch out the water coupled with not being able to see them in 18 inches of water no wonder so many get killed every year near the rivers

Yep unfortunately a lot of the cheap has gone due to BBQ fads etc brisket is premium, still deals to be had but oxtail and alike are big bucks for anything meaty in size. Since my butcher shut shop I've started using a local farm shop , think it'll save me about a third going forward. Good times.
