I went there to see that bit of bridge mate, its the original rail bridge that rich plantation owner built to originally connect the keys, back in early 1900s, mad bit of engineering for that time.. its in Bahia Honda state park, beautiful area all round.. 7 mile bridge is pretty awesome as well I think you'd like this place as well. The oldest fort in the states at the far end of Key West.

You can feed the tarpon there, dangle a fish over the jetty and the leap out and take it out of your hand...
