The way I understand the way “net zero immigration policy” would work is that for every immigrant wanting to come in , would only be allowed if one had left. Id gladly swap an illegal Ethiopian or Somali for an Australian mining Engineer or a Japanese nuclear scientist, if that’s what we needed. Im sure Reform arent suggesting one illegal for another !
