"Remember my old Zeus dog Pabs. Big dog. Had him up at the farm? "Yeah Mart, loved 'ol Zeus" And with that, he picks up the phone and immediately puts a decent bet on the Zeus horse. "Watch this", he says, nodding at the telly... Then looks me in the eyes and says, "Remember that day when you came to the farm, and you said there's a hare in the front field, Pabs. Excellent post that, mate.

That would go against my deepest emotions and probably trigger a panic attack brought on by my obsessive compulsive disorder. You wouldn’t wish that on a vulnerable old man, would you ? Cheers.

It was decent enough, she stopped enough hares, and bigger stuff. Nailed plenty of rats, and even came along on the odd shoot day, flushing with the gundogs (quite proud of that one too!) Think I've said on here a couple of years back, I just have a pop at most stuff now, more like I did 40 years ago, but slower, and with more brain and tact... Thanks for asking mate...

Joes dogs are/were mainly line bred collie/bull/greyhound, top class at their game. I was lucky enough to have a run out with him with an old deer/grey some years back Cheers,
