Many years ago, when tripe was readily available, either free or very cheap from the abattoirs, we would feed blanched tripe to the whippets the day before a race as it was generally considered just a “stomach filler” , and feed them green tripe when we wanted to put a bit of weight on them.

We followed what the old boys did, it seemed to work.

Did it really ? Who knows.

The breeding will be coming in short time. One of the pups from this breeding went for 25k lol. So the breedings there.
