I don’t know if bangers is on a wind up  or he’s a dreamer or if all his tales are true; but he reminds me of a mate of mine, Irish Sean; I’ve known him all my life and lived next door to him for years when we were kids; but he will tell people in the pub he was in the SAS, and trained at HALO parachute jumps. He also claims to have been Nigel Benn’s sparring partner and Nigel told him “Sean , you’ve got the hardest punch I’ve ever seen” !

Total nonsense of course, but I think he’s even starting to believe it himself !
