Seen a couple first x GWP greyhound good foxing dogs a bit headstrong but you'd expect that.

I’d love one if I did that type of hunting more often.. but you have to do the type of hunting where you live really. I’ve had a few days out in the hills and I love it.

There are a couple of "pet home" GWPs near where I live. I'd always been put off the breed as I'd been led to believe they were very fiery. However, both of these (dog and bitch but separately owned) are lovely and easy going. Having said that, the male wears a bell so his owner can keep track of him in the forest as he has a tendency to go freelance.

I've been talking to every gundog owner I meet over the last few years as I'm fairly certain that I'll go down that route when Old Noggin is past it.

I believe it’s an underestimated breed by many I certainly did underestimate them until I saw one work

Anyone watch the Python hunter pest controller videos in Florida they got a few gwp dogs use them for retrieving and dispatching iguanas ,scenting out pythons and their eggs and feral hog hunting . His main dog Otto grabbed a monitor lizard other day .

Can't wait to see the pup's out of these crosses and good luck with them to the lad's breeding them. I have often wondered how them pup's turned out that were mentioned on hear a while back that were a cross with a whippet and a cocker. I am sure a member on hear got one.
