Looking to get myself a running dog again for some interest and to get me out. I’m looking for a collie crosse type. Never hear of these going around much as it’s either saluki or bull crosses now. There was the Hancock’s etc back when I was reallly into it. Anyone out there still running or breeding this type? Tia

I'm pretty sure Sally Hancock still breeds the occasional litter and there are still enthusiasts out there

She just had some 1st X beardie greys on pets4homes. Not long ago she had some 3/4 grey 1/4 collies.

Seen a few Collie over lurcher litters recently not much else

Is it true that if you breed two merle dogs together most of litter will be either deaf or blind or is it a myth

True  to a degree , no expert but breeding two Merle collies together is a big no no to many risks I no lads who have done it ans somw not all pups were blind or deaf , mainly the white,er pups were deaf ,
