Well guys i had no luck with the traps i tried carrot and apple but with no luck. The best method was sneaking in and putting the long net down then walking around the park with my spaniel. Also snaring the fence line they were coming through, we have myxy in the village and surrounding areas now so the numbers will decline even more.

Thanks for all your inputs, as i now have 8 cage traps im hoping to get some more trapping jobs in the near future.

Oh and just to add....sometimes it's best to just walk away from some jobs you know are going to be a headache...especially if they eyes of the world are on you

Got asked by the council to clear rabbits off the local cemetery...2 other pest control companies walked away from... the 2 other companies offered the same advice...snares drop boxes... I walked

Night vision on an air rifle. Go late night/early hours and inform the parish council (and local plod if necessary). Don't tell anyone who might object.

Each to their own, and sites/situations are all different, but personally, rabbit traps have never been much use for me!

Much to my chagrin, KORO's rodent trap is being redesigned.  A video, on KORO's facebook page, demonstrates the new design.  A larger pan and trigger that actually stays in one place.  Well, worth the time to track down.  KORO TRAPS Cooks Creek, MB - looks as if they might have looked at negative feedback in this forum.  Who's to say.

found this today at an antique show. Obviously a trap of some discription so got it for my little collection. After a bit of digging its a Sara patent rabbit trap from around 1905. Still working but abit weak. Any trap collectors on here shed any more light on it?
