Ive been taking them for about 6 months,along with vitamin B12 gummies and B12 spray,the B12 gives me a boost in the morning... gummies are £5 a tub,last 2 months,the spray £12/14 ,try and use only natural remedies these days... ..definitely helps,ive got pins and plates in my wrists,and also wear copper bracelets ...Im not a fan of prescription drugs,got myself a habit with them,when I damaged my spine in a nasty RTC IN 2015 2 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
