Its the shittest game in the world !

Like don’t get me wrong, from a community point of view and how it’s central to the community it can’t be beaten….we just wouldn’t have the likes of it in England, it’s almost a religion, like a local community thing that absolutely everyone is connected to or involved in…..it’s brilliant in that regard.

But the game itself is the most boring pile of wank ever !……each player will average 47 seconds with the ball in a whole game !!…..and that’s not quite a true reflection because only about 4 blokes in each team have most of the ball and they just boot it……every other c**t is just standing around or running about doing sweet f**k all.

Great set up, awful game !

Scotland has invented a few of it’s own sports down the years.., football being the obvious one, but the likes of shinty is pretty ‘niche’ and only survives as it’s played traditionally in some areas and communities but has never really caught on or spread very far.

I always thought Cricket more a past time than a sport….like, it’s meant to be part of a relaxing afternoon with tea and sandwiches and cake with a little bit of local rivalry’s thrown in……it’s not a proper sport for all the reasons you mention.

I liked cricket, well playing it not watching it but it’s not competitive as such….so not sport.

I have to say, Rugby as well !….like the game itself isn’t too bad to play but all the toss that surrounds it is f***ing cringe !

All this “respect the ref” and dressing up in the club house as babies and downing 15 pints and basically grown men behaving like bellends  and all that old bollocks…..always f***ing loathed that !

It’s boring as f**k to watch too….too much stop and start, too much ref intervention…..shite ! lol
