The people who get right on my tits are those that have ‘discovered’ the beauty of Scotland, its landscape, flora and fauna and are spreading the word through blogs and vlogs on youtube and every other platform out there. Recently it seems everyone has to have something on their ‘bucket list’, whether it’s climbing Ben Nevis, eagle watching in the Western isles or the wretched North Coast fcuking 500. The best bit for me was always how quiet and remote some places were. Some of the NC500 route you could drive on single track roads for miles and not see another car, not now.
