Asked all my fitness friend they said chicken breast, broccoli and white rice is what you want to eat to cut fat. Greyman 25,297 Posted June 23, 2023 Report Share Posted June 23, 2023 Not cooking at the moment but just back from the shops, amongst other things got some chicken thigh but before freezing I open the pack cover in spices and hot sauce before placing in a polythene bag and putting in the freezer, A it takes up less room by removing the packaging and B freezing dehydrates the food and when you get it out it absorbs the flavours as it rehydrates defrosting 10 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
