I did thyme butter baked cod with colcannon mash, tender stem ( that had a couple of minutes in the pan that the fish was cooked in ) and a cream and white wine sauce, it was bloody lovely

BBQ'ed Rib Eye with triple cooked Maris piper chips and peppercorn sauce.

Wifey don't like mushrooms, onions or peppercorn sauce.

Done a roast pork joint today, load of rosemary, thyme, garlic, black pepper and salt, low and slow in the oven, nice
