WILF 49,568
Tonight is a quick and simple as I’m out with my boy. King prawn spaghetti. Fry lots of garlick, a small onion finely chopped….as they start to go translucent add in king prawns, let fry until all pink, add some garden peas and good grind of black pepper. Take a cup of the salted water you boiled your spaghetti in and add a little to the prawns, add a good lot of tomato purée and then use the rest of water to adjust sauce thickness as it thickens. Pour the whole lot over your pot of drained spaghetti, add in a load of fresh chopped basil and give it a good mix. Takes about 15 minutes.
