We came to a decision to have no end destination mate,flying to california get outside the airport then flip a coin heads its Mexico tails up through Oregon to Washington.The food was nice mate,especially the Tuna.

Beef stock, veg stock, black peppercorns, shallot, carrot, thyme, tomato purée and a spud to thicken it all when I blitz it for the gravy
