You know what I wasn’t gonna say anything at all and I know your probably on a wind up which good on ya the bloke who owned them dogs loves a good joke and wind up and by god dose he take it to far “ way to far “ which some of the lads know him on here will vouch for that especially down south or wattawolloper

but you can’t take the credit which he’s earned and trust me it’s been he’s life’s work them dogs and hunting in general

like someone said to him “ bet they can’t catch rabbits “

took the bloke out the fellas  dog managed 3 and he done 9 with half cross  which all 9 of em was bought back to hand which go’s to prove sometimes you can’t just label a dog cause of its size and build

I was offered a pup out of some of them dogs shown  when I was younger and like a fool I wanted a bedlington greyhound to wear a flat cap and walk around in three quarter Barbour thinking I was f***ing green grass running the poor dog on stuff which was we’ll out matched it abilities and always phoned the bloke up moaning it’s not doing this and not doing that

the fella proved a lot of people wrong with he’s dogs and yeah you get bad ones and the good ones the man and other people have proved that can be applied to a lot different kinds of dog work

yeah I know the man I don’t think I don’t go day without speaking with him and I know everyone’s gonna say this “ get out he’s arse”

but I’ll say this the man would help anyone of hes friends at any point and that means a lot he’s always the first to get called and always puts himself out for the dogs and for the people running helping em out a much as he can and you gotta respect that

the blokes done now just wants to grow old but I will say this and give credit where credits due the mans walked the walk and talked the talk but of respect go’s along way

Morning, taken a step back from quad bikes and hounds - Don’t need the grief anymore. Having moved house my country has changed, curious of those that do hunt the hills with their lurches and a terrier at your heel, how do you bring them on? Getting the right dog for the job is no brainier but what about the training? Thanks.

Hi lads what's the best think I can do to heal this cut on my dogs paw

      **sorry for the double post**
I know I'm probably going to get the piss severely ripped out of me for asking this, but
Has anyone ever successfully trained a deaf lurcher (from two working parents and I own her 4 year old sister who is an awesome little bunny basher.)
Genetically she has potential, but...what do you experts think?
She's not a Double merle by the way, it's extreme piebald/white head. Her vision is perfect
