They seem to have more useful strains of English Bull terriers in Ireland than most of Britain. Is that because a few were used in badger trials years ago? Smooth,Rough coated, Prick, drop ears, tall, short. What they share IMO is a history of working to a high standard. Back a ways to Northsider and back to old John Br........ stuff. Line recorded goes back to the 60's, the original stuff. So credit goes to those men who kept faith in the dogs they had.
