We got some in Amsterdam.. Proper mashed me...

I like the Dolcelette, I cook a big field Mushoom and turn it over and fill the underneath of the mushroom with said cheese and grill it till melted.

Colston Bassett blue stilton is made not far from me ...I love the stuff I prefer mine moist and sweaty

I like strong cheese, don't touch any processed stuff at all, bland cheese, what's the point? I'll get some different blues and find one i like

Well I highly recommend the colston bassett stilton or the long Clawson not because there local but there regarded as some of the finest also a blue Shropshire red is nice  Edited by kanny

The stuff i had came from a farmers market in Shropshire, not red though, creamy white, lots of green, strong taste to the cheese, slightly crumbly, maybe some local stuff?

If anyone's fancying blue cheese but are a bit afraid :D try Dolcelette, beautiful, mild and creamy.

Me, love any cheese, old man used to get the sweatiest, runniest, stinkiest cheese he could from the supermarket deli (E and E. Booth in Blackburn circa 1970, very few places where you could find a good selection of cheese in them days) and usually get it cheaper if it was near rancid lol

Cheers, D.
