robadoo 212
I took advantage of the cooler weather yesterday morning and took the dogs to the infamous pendle hill , for those that of never heard of it , it's the area the accused lancashire witches lived in the 17th century pendle witch trails . They were marched to Lancaster castle , stood trail and hung . It must be a bit of a hotspot , cos I'd only just started walking when a farmer came over on his quad and said "thas not be chasing hares with them dogs will ya lad "? Here's a few photos , cheers for looking. 9 Quote Link to post

dytkos 17,953
My old stamping ground from 30 years or so back Had many hares and foxes from that area back in the day, mind you don't find any unexploded bombs though, there's still quite a few around there Used to be a dry skiing slope at the back of the pub there as well at "The Nick of Pendle" Cracking pics mate, brings back some good memories Cheers, D. 1 Quote Link to post
