Guest born to run1083 Posted July 20, 2011 Report Share Posted July 20, 2011 made me chuckle, "poachers are natouriously difficult too catch" make it sound like we are animals haha i dont know why anybody is worryign about the viewing figures though because they'll never allow hare coursing again because viewing figures is what makes the decision on weather to make another series again or not. and with every show that's aired puts more wrong untruthful attention to us and as said informs the curtain twitchers on something else sad they can't try and report Quote Link to post

If you where only going to get a slap on the wrist more would I"m sure still be doing it BUT how many lads have had cars confiscated,driving bans,dogs taken and large fines. yes i know what you mean pal but i bet the ones that got caught and had stuff confescated are still doing it. karlsberg 319 Posted July 21, 2011 Report Share Posted July 21, 2011 there was a lot of stuff missing on wildlife patrol. u didnt see half teh course or jamie7344 crying liek a baby to teh police saying his mammy will kill him. to be fair to teh officer he was made to look a c**t on there but he was prob best policeman ive ever had.. but had to laff when he said DONT DO IT AGAIN ....jamies tears eventually dried up when he got home he was only grounded for a week and no xbox for a month. ps didnt scout look well.. lol. and ps again i wont de doing it again officer Quote Link to post

alex1987 164 Posted July 21, 2011 Report Share Posted July 21, 2011 i have been emailing itv everyday since the programme and asking them to correct themselves and admit that what the "experinced" copper said ( "you know its an offence to hunt mammals with a dog") is incorrect. i pointed out that as a leading broadcaster they have an obligation to make sure that any information that gets aired by them is true to the law. I doubt very much that they will correct themselves and the programme will have its desired effect in making people take more of a dislike to people with running dogs. on another note why hasn't this ban been repealed as promised!?!
