When the dogs have done a good shift under the sod or a hard night running then yes they always get a good warm meal-when the weather's warm there's no harm in giving them some chilled/semi frozen meat imo-like it's been said if they were wild then they wouldn't be to fussy on waiting for a carcass to defrost.atb dc

My only interests are my dogs other than a spot of fishing in the summer months.I spend what I need to spend to keep them tip top-food/bedding/wormer in bulk- spend hell of alot more on fuel and wear and tear on my vehicles than the cost of feeding 4/5 terriers and a lurcher or 2-other than the odd exceptional large vets bill if I have some bad luck.depends where your priorities lie I suppose?some feed shit bags of Dr John's etc and keep their dogs in filth then expect to have super dogs-left to lie around out of season etc.most folks where I live have a fancy breed dog or 2-never see them g

yes mate and check the motor-I'm a bailiff on the wye/Rhymney and caerphilly castle-these days they don't f**k about-big dogs,cs gas and always mob handed lol-we have caught lots of lads and they get a good slap too-best off getting a rod licence and fishing with a rod and line-no need to look over your shoulders then . Always bag my meat up in daily portions before freezing it-used to spend ages chopping big arse blocks of frozen carcasses with a machete lol-shit be flying everywhere and the garden be a mess with the flies and bits of bone and meat everywhere lol-I use the old bucket of water now the sun's out-good bit of advice king - my ferrets quite enjoy a half defrosted rabbit aswell ken,like you say less mess.this threads just reminded me time to give the meat man a ring for another 100 kg of fresh carcasses and backs.atb dc
