I took a rod and lures to santorini with me few yrs ago when sister in law was getting married, fished where ever I pleased no one said a thing... Local lads working in the hotel taught me to catch on a hand line off the jetty fishing with bread... Even managed a few fish lol. We booked a trip out fishing off a boat when we was there(I caught the biggest that day but the Mrs caught more lol, still bangs on about it ) , locals well into their fishing and hunting, also a few tidy gunshops folks happy to chat to you, point you in the right direction. A black rough coated dog called bud I got in 98 as a pup... Learnt more digging to this dog than any other I've had before or since... He's resting under a big old oak next to the first earth he was dug in, on the old golf course I used to live on, first time to ground he did 8 hrs, we broke through to him eating his quarry, hardly a mark on him, stuck in my mind because he was only 11 months old at the time. Mate had one last season... Money pit mercedes... Massive wheels, had a blow out just past Staffordshire on the way home from up north and f***ing thing only had a space saver. And that was flat: ( I ran up the slip road for a few miles until I found a garage that had some lol, not good trying to find tyreweld foam at 8 pm on a Sunday after spending all day digging in the rain. Limped back to Southampton to then have a 3 hr drive home to wales . Atb dc

Neighbours cat started coming in my garden watching the ferrets from the roof of my dog runs... Started leaving the lurcher run door open at night... That problem went away... Keep the dirty fuckers out of your garden as cat flu can kill ferrets. I can't understand folks who have a load of cats and just let them roam around all day and night? When my neighbour first moved in she caught me throwing her cat shit back over the fence after it was shitting in kids sand pit...
