You will get a 100 difrent ansers from here mate iv just got my first lurcher and my advice is . Wait there is no rush you will here dogs catching at 5 6 months fair play to them but i waited till 10 11 months befor we had a run . We worked on stock breacking recall retrive jumping ect before we even thort about hunting and so far so good at 17 months now with our first proper season here we are ready for war.at the end of the day its your dog your choice

Alright guys just wondering wats the law on take birds with dogs? Just an example say a pheasnt or candian goose was walking across a field on full permission at night dog cought it. Is that legal or not i know its a strange question lol atb guys

Ye hes dog good we had a few bunnys so all good so far hes 25 and a bit inch and 27ish kg at 16months so im happy with how hes turning out quite a good dog -

Nice that mate really powerfull. Im not a massive fan of poems and stuff like that but that realy gets you thinking thanks for that atb mate Rip old girl she will be waiting for you,lamps charged and he coller on reddy to rumble till you both meet again .its amazing how thees animals can get a grip of you atb mate

I wouldnt worry to much mate my pup is 16 months old and has never been arsed with balls and toys .he enjoys a shitty old pices of rope but thats it lol he retrives to hand well most of the time and he dosent really play with dead stuff

Im in the same boat as you mate .ill be odering mine on friday .iv decided to go for the deben 170 with dimmer and a deben 14amp battrey there expesive but i do think its worth the money just for the lack of weight . a cople of my mates have got them and there great lamps for all for all the fields around my way we put pleanty of game to bed with them .im not say the led cant do the job . but on the big fields i found my plr500 just cant hang with the big boys -
