I dropped the lemon a pm few months back when he was giving it large about bushers, guess what no reply wanted to run my pup against his best busher lol Just like you? when you mail me tellin me you know who i am and where i live. but wont mail me back to tell me who u are ??? all because you wanted to know who iv been out with and i didnt feel comfteble giveing names on an open form lol

  8. What other types wouldn't you bother with? Beagle spaniels? They are spoken highly of by the lads who've seen them graft. Depends on the land i guess, if your hunting vast land / hills then yeah a beagle x would be better but if i was looking for something to stay close i would leave the beagle out , i wouldnt want chance having beagle blood places i hunt just incase they did range to far The reason i thort a terrier would do well as the covers id work are quite small and tight but after a think i dont need a dog that keeps going to ground
  9. You're probably best see a few types work mate. Where abouts are you? I will happily show you this bull X cocker of mine working. Be worth seeing a full spaniel aswel so you can get an idea of differences. I wouldn't have another terrier for bushing. They are bang on at the job but a liability when they start dropping to ground. Im over on anglesey and im not driveing yet so it would be a bit of a pain get to you mate but i realy appriate the offer mate iv got pleant of time till next year so i have to what happens

Nice one guys. i do like the look of gaz and tommys bull cockers they look like proper animals. my lurcher dose ok in cover but its not his job lol i do like spaniels we had a springer as a pet growing up and she was a good dog i just like the look of terriers lol but terrry your probly write it couls be a bit of a prroble is it kept going to ground
  11. Alright guys after doing a couple weeks working with hound iv decided i need a brushing dog for next year.iv been thinking of some form of terrier .so i was thinking what do you guys rekermend. A lad i know keeps telling me to get a bedy whippet and he seys it brushes any cover like a spainial and is quick anuf to catch when anything beakes cover so i like to here your opions atb gd

  15. My mate old beddy grey shes 12 now .she was a fine dog in her day filled pleanty of freezers
  16. I was told seaweed powder from someone on here just cant think who said it .it may have been i wind up you never know on here lol
  17. I just give them some old fashiond cod live oil and pleanty of good food. The cod liver oil seems to give them a nice coat and helps my old staffy after a walk. i think you can see the diffrance before and after. but who nows
