    Granted the flat out speed into objects ain't gona end well, but put it like this, if your grey gets straight lined then you can go home knowing that prey animal was just too fast, if your lurcher gets straight lined you'd be thinking I wish that dog was faster lol

    Most people, especially on here, base their opinions on ex track dogs. f**k all wrong with most greyhounds id rear one to be worked as a lurcher no probs, as you say if they learn from young then by the time they're ready they should field wise with exception t the rule of course

    Alright people, Why does everybody make out that greys are so fragile, feck me they're not made of glass, surely there's bound to be good solid stock out there, and as for lacking wind, where does that come from? They're the top running dog and ain't gona be bettered for speed.

    thanks mate, it does take alot of guts to move away from where you have lived all your life, the hardest part was leaving my family and friends, but now we have settled ourselves it has made things easier, i do phone my dad/brothers/friends quite often which does help, at the end of this month we will have been here 6 months, the home sickness went after 2-3 months and we feel great right now, the thing is,here, you have so much more freedom, not just hunting/fishing but in general, here you have got what is called (crown land) which is owned by our queen and you can take a motorcross bike/qua
