    There needs to be a procedure in place to stop it, surely they can see that the 1st thing the scum try for before a fine is a lifetime ban, this should be obvious to the judge and surely he should be able to prevent it.

    It's a loophole they try, surely there's ways to stop it, mr Cameron should be making it harder for lacs arsepca etc, to bring the Shiite they spew falsely about hunters to court

    As stated is there any way to counter a ban on keeping dogs if the arsepca, courts etc push to ban you from keeping dogs? Too many people have been made criminals by the stupid hunting act, and now they're pushing for a lifetime ban on people who hunt with dogs if they come a cropper by accident or intent. They use this to try n ban hunters from hunting with dogs so by banning the men from the dogs it's a sure way they enforce their anti ban.
