The chinese are masters or taking tech thats not theirs and copying it so were the japanese but they improved it ten fold. The africans were left tech in the 1930s when the europeans left and the chinese wanted it to replicate and hopefully advance on it, what did the africans do? They took it apart and actively destroyed it, never even tried to further themselves on it or make their lives easier. When in Belfast working or just going about my business i look at the old buildings and the new steel and glass stacks they throw up and cant help admiring the old architecture and the craftsmanship
