    My dog jumps when in pursuit and on command but I put my arm or leg on the wire for her to jump to cut the risk her getting injured nearly lost a dog a few years ago due to barbed wire hate the stuff loads on the land I work the dogs on

    When I picked mine I thought I'd go for one that was full of beans and confidents when I got there there was a bitch that looked all shy last to come out of the box and quite then one of the other pups had ago at her and then she turned in to a tiger and soon put it in its place then went back to her box I ended up with her and I've never looked back turned out a good bitch just go with your gut and the type of temperament you want in a dog

    They seam waterproof I've polished the with g wax I like the rubber over toes they have stopping the toes scuffing

    I use old army ones 2 for £20 off eBay carnt go wrong had the wooden handle removed and a steel threaded shaft and handle to fit in a ruck sack

    I've had it was badly hooked more or less swallowed the dead bait when I was taking a piss so it came home I gutted it then cut the head and tail off for the ferrets and wrapped it in foil cooked it in the oven with veg garlic and butter it was nice although very boney really meaty fish give it ago you never know
