    Starling murmuration this evening between Carlisle and Gretna - an amazing spectacle to witness 100s of 1000s of starlings, i used a slow shutter speed to create the motion blur of the starlings against the static landscape...

    A quick response Jennifer, a manager at a local Lidl store, had the task of hiring someone to fill a job vacancy.
