I think verbally slaughtering your teammates after a proper doing off their biggest rivals is fine..., IF you've played well yourself and lived up to your hype and justified your big wages. When, after slagging off both your rival's captain and manager.., you've played absolutely shit and embarressed you're clubs and fans, you're not going to get away with acting all Billy big bollocks and digging out your teammates and the manager. Barton totally underestimated Scottish football and totally over estimated his own ability and has made himself, not for the first time, look like a total dick

Score maybe flattered England. We more than matched them for the first hour but England's quality was the difference. About levels.., Scotland had good chances and didn't take them.., England took theirs. You could argue England had another gear but on that performance they've got a long way to go to seriously compete in the world cup finals. For us it's back to the drawing board once again.

England comfortable win for me..., but then I said Fury wouldn't beat Klitschko.., Leicester wouldn't win the league..., Hibs the cup.., we wouldn't leave the EU.., and that Trump couldn't possibly win the race to the Whitehouse. You're not seeing the mood and feelings of everyday people Just like many in Brexit I see the mood (and I voted out) but admit that I'm still shocked that America elected such a vulgar and obnoxious cnut their president. Shocked but definitely not disappointed. Like Brexit this vote shows how completely out of touch and arrogant mainstream politics has become. I hope it proves to be a new dawn in world politics, I'm just dismayed that out of 300 million people it had to be him..., but then I suppose that's exactly the point.

Apparently the penguins were actually filmed at Penguin World at Chester zoo and Zavadovski island, which isn't even a place, was green screened on. The penguins supposedly smashed up on the rocks were all equity card carrying actors who spent hours in make up. Attenborough himself has actually been dead for years too, what you see on the screen is a mash up of old unused bits to camera with his lips CGI'd to lip sync the narration done by Alistair McGowan. f****n last time I'll be watching it ?

It's FIFA that have said they can't go on the shirts as it breaks their rules.., it's got nothing to do with 'shitty Britain', PCness or anything else. The FA's are probably going to go ahead and break the ruling anyway, which incidently I don't have a problem with, I just think we don't actually need poppies sewn onto shirts to start with. You talk about social justice warriors.., well what is this if it's not a storm in a tea cup whipped up by the poppy fascists? I bought my poppy last week off a big stall in Tesco. I bought fireworks yesterday in ASDA and they also had a stall in the shop.

Did FIFA actually sanction it though? My understanding is the shirts were worn for two friendly games where I'm not sure FIFA have the same jurisdiction. FIFA have just started disciplinary proceeding over this .......... So FIFA didn't sanction the FAI's decision to go with the Easter rising badge. So then at least they're being consistent in not allowing the poppies. This isn't about FIFA not allowing the poppy, it's about not allowing anything. If they make a concession to one then they'll be under huge pressure to concede to others..., and maybe some things less straightforward or controv

The Roe population in Scotland has exploded in the last ten or so years. We have them wandering in gardens around housing estates.., the roads are littered with their carcasses.., and councils are having to cull. Can't help thinking that the Hunting Act has caused the boom in numbers. Wonder what would happen if we all stopped hunting rabbits and rats ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Truth is nobody knows from who or where it all started. What Dawkins says is he doesn't know. What religion has done is made shit up to provide an explanation. I've accepted that I'll never know and it doesn't bother me in the least and so I'll spend the rest of my natural just enjoying being here.
