cci were the only company with the equipment to neck down the 22wmr case, they made the rounds for all the main companies including hornady and Remington when the 17hmr first went into production -
depending what you want and how much work and of what type of work you intend to do with it, cheap knives are cheap for a reason, that does not mean all expensive knives are worth there price tag either, but you only ever going to be as good as the kit you use,

its a copy of the 1950`s USAF springfield F6 the CZ model is a near identical copy, with the major difference being increased barrel length. The gun was available in .22 Hornet over .410 or in 22 lr over .410..... The gun folds in half or breaks down into two sections by removal of the pivot pin. The buttstock is a carrier for ammo for the gun. You should be clear in your post, that you were zeroing with them. Remember the use of expanding ammo is illegal against targets unless zeroing. Re the ammo, in my opinion cracked brass should never get off the production line. cracks around the neck of spent hmr cases have been around since they were developed by cci, its not a new issue, -
