    a bit of a tip get some of them starlight things that they use for fishing, the ones you crack and they glow in the dark. attach it to the anklet via a small elastic band, makes finding you bird a whole lot easyer in the dark.

    an all rounder to me is a dog that suites the evioronment you hunt in and can be used in all the types of hunting the owner participates in, whotever the quarry in you perticular invioronment and depending on location this will change up and down the country and however hunted again this will depend on the individuals situation. hope that makes sense

    40p a pound is expensive i buy of 30 kilo boxs packed in 1 kilo frozen blocks for £13 so thats 19.something p per pound

    salt water and time everything thats kept clean will heel with time. Real deep cuts and gashes will heel from the insideout any cut that scabs keep an eye on for infection,first sign, soak the scab off clean and start again.

    dip the wound in pottasium permanganate to help it clot, get the cardboard roll from a bog roll, cut it from top to bottom place it over the tail and make the correct size for your dogs tail, then gaffer tap it from the top to the bottom including about an inch onto the hair the tip of the tail should be inside the tube, about an inch is fine, this will let the air get to it so it can scab over and the tube will protect it whilst it heals. keep an eye out for infection and bobs your fanny just out of interest do you feed comlete dry food diet?
