when i was in seville few year back i was on a pork mission , the acorn fed pork is top notch couldnt get enough of it in all shapes n forms pork cheeks are a fave as is 5 J cinqo proper gear I've got a butchers up the road that stocks the Iberico tenderloin, which I've not seen anywhere else here & tbh I rarely use the place, but when I do I get that & it's beautiful......:-)

I forgot grey squirrels, we don't have them here thank fcuk! Are you up north, think there's too much open ground for them. I wonder where the most northern grey squirrels reside ? I'm in Belgium. Only red squirrels here....

Sparrowhawks could be one of many factors.....including farming, a massive cat population, large corvid populations in suburban areas etc etc.... ....Although the best places I've seen for songs birds also have a healthy population of sparrowhawks. The worst places I've seen for song birds are usually intensively farmed areas.....

I thought I caught a glimpse of one in the uk, but I've had quite a few really good sightings here in belgium ;-) Only last week I saw a juvenile male fly over the bottom of my garden while I was taking a shower :-)

I agree up to a point, because I know I wouldn't do it, but I can't help having a sneaky admiration for these people & let's not forget the vast majority will get away with it & manage to do some good work ;-)

If they never come I'd be highly suspicious. In this day & age & especially in that location Paddock will be on many cameras going about his business. It could be just part of the investigation, but normally CCTV footage would be all over the place after such an incident at this stage? How many people would have to be paid off to keep the secret?
