  2. Not to keen on it, nips my eyes when sweat makes it run. Cheers Socks, similar to mine but mine ( the bites ha ) and itch like hell. Just had a new tat done and hard to avoid scratching when I get nabbed. Worst ever was getting caught short on a river bank, dropped my kecks and bloody hell. 30 minutes to get home on the quad and what a mess I was in, you would have thought someone had sprayed red shorts on me. Ma boaby and his 2 mates were in agony.
  3. Had to head back to the house this morning for a shower. Never have I been covered in so many, in my ears, nose, mouth, terrible. When the heat got to much for them I was then bitten by a Clegg, first this year and I hate them with a passion. I use avon which does work but they were relentless this morning, I had hundreds stuck to me.

    England

Unless he's being honest with himself, being that they can't win it? Could well be but can't recall him saying anything to that effect, the journalists etc would have had a field day.

    England

I wasn't really meaning that to be a question. I see where you come from with your answer, but, surely all England fans deserve a team and manager who go there thinking they are best prepared and selected to win the tournament. After all is that not what all the friendlies are arranged for, to prepare a winning team.

    England

Good post but why would anybody use the World cup as a warm up tournament ? If he is then he is crazy. If he thinks Rooney isn't good enough in the proper no.10 position then he should be benched.

    England

Got to disagree with that,,,England were by far the better team,,,England played well yes, but Italy's one touch passing was simply a joy to watch they used nearly all 2/3rd of the pitch and were denied by the woodwork twice and had one cleared of the line whereas England where exciting surging forward but never really troubled the goalkeeper at all, a fair result IMO. Agree with RM I thought England done well but I felt Italy had another gear when required.
  11. Bet your glad he didn't get the wooden spoon !!! I think England will do ok tonight if their defence tightens up a bit. Italy will soak it up and break quickly (like Holland) and they always have good strikers. This is NOT a sour grapes statement but why can't they talk about the teams who are playing at the time instead of England all the time. I appreciate it's national TV but its the WORLD cup not the English.
  12. I know I said leave it but when I looked again at the picture I didn't really bother with the bricks it was more the person on the lead. The original post said the dog was 32" which makes the child holding the lead a rather large individual ! Now the dog is 29 1/2 ", still a very large dog. Now if I am correct your forearm is the same length as your lower leg making the handlers forearm 14 / 15 " long, large for a child. The dog does not look like it has another 3" growth in those legs. Sorry folks I must be losing it, I just actually measured my forearm and lower leg! . My forearm ( e
