  1. 4GREER MS1 Gun Scope Mount When you said about the mounting problem I remembered the mount I found when googling. Pricey maybe but sounds like a good solution to the problem. I have scopes of 25mm and 30mm so would suit me fine. Have you anything on the mounts front ? Great write up, cheers. Moxy, They are £100 as far as I can see. Good price for whats in the box.
  2. Thanks for your reply. I look forward to hearing how you get on with these torches, they sound like a good piece of kit but I'll wait till the 'hands on' account. Good price to
  3. I am looking for a torch that I can mount onto a scope that can give me a 250 yd + range. I have done lots of searches and the DEREELIGHT DBS-T keeps popping up. Has anyone any experience with these torches, good or bad, or are there any others out there that are worth a look going by your experiences. Thanks in advance for any help.
  4. Would make a belting rabbit dog, all you have to do is take it to the field and one sonic bark and all the bunnies die of heart failure, perfect. You would need an acre or two for kennels and runs if you were keeping a few of them, but on the plus side, a saddle is cheaper than a 4x4 and food cheaper than fuel !!
  5. +1 Tried plenty others and these are the best. I have wellies on at some point every day of the year.
  6. An Irish man and Polish man apply for a job in a guiness factory. After looking at their papers and speaking to both of them the HR bod said it was not easy to split them and would they mind answering 20 questions. After the questions they were told that the Polish guy had got the job. The Irish guy was fuming, explaining it should have been him as he was local, Irish and it was for guiness. Well I'm sorry but after the questions it was 19 all and it came down to the one you both got wrong they were told. On the one you both got wrong the Polish guy wrote, Sorry, I don't know the answer,

  13. Try wearing 2 thin pairs of socks. I am assuming your feet are getting to warm in them. Works for me with my neoprenes.
  14. You should have rung the number or mailed the advertiser asking to view the dog !!! Might have been an interesting meet, for many reasons.
  15. Lure machine too expensive ? How much would you pay for a RC car that is capable of ripping through a grass land at enough speed to keep a pup going ? then there is the damage if the ariel gets it !! Mad I say, mad, its mad in here. Mixy rabbit = free.

  17. I have the money though, I have thousands If I need it, I was just after a rough number to know how much to be putting aside Not to clever a post for on hear. Find yourself a good pup from someone who looks after their own. Take your time and work out what you need and best suited to run on your chosen quarry. Feed it the best you can afford and most important, enjoy the little bugger through all the trials and tribulations. Be careful who you run with and always remember loose lips sink ships. Good luck
  18. Just to say the pup will be heading to it's new home next week. Many thanks to all those who posted their kind comments on my threads. Good luck and all the best to those who have one of these pups, I for one am delighted with mine so far.

  22. Seeing as I have an advert on the go I shall tell you why I put ' sire, winner of the 2013 Uplands bull x championship ' Simple, so that people who attended this show or other shows the dog was entered in will know the dog that I used to line my bitch and got to see him in the flesh. Is he a worker, you bet. Plenty people show their dogs, why ? because they are PROUD of them. I enjoy going to the odd show, enjoy the crack and keep in touch with people I hunt with through the season. They are also a great way to socialise a pup. The entry money, I hope, goes towards running a club etc fo
