    Out this afternoon to re zero the 223 with the n870 , after missing the last fox ,after messing around I found the bolts had come loose , all good now , cat food out at 150 and 100 100 yards zero 5mile hr wind right to left just a matter of time I’ll let you know the results atb lads

    Nice going Luke better than me I went out tonight and took the shot at 135 yards and missed , fuc knows how but it happens, then the fog came down like soup , and couldn’t see 30 yards , that was a shit end to the nite atb

    Rubbish no body goes out just to watch birds , they go out to carry out pest control , or may be I’ll just take the camera next time and leave the dog at home

    Hit this dog at 235 yards reason why , I had baited up along the wood line as usual, and waited with the thermal for two hours , put the caller on . And nothing so I gave up , then I walking back up the field and just turned round for one last look with the xq38 and there he was munching on the cat food I steadily walked back on got to laid down ranged him again and took the shot , it drops like a brick , collected him and went home Happy Xmas lads Dave

    Yep its a bit of a dilemma , the last thing I want is to fall fowl of the law , and deffo not worth the aggravation, I’m out tomorrow night, and if I see them in the thermal I’ll just have to close my eyes , and let them pass , if the land owner wants them gone , on this occasion he’ll have to get his own gun out atb

    Farmer phoned me about 1/2 hour ago travelers Have moved on to a adjacent field , not his land , two dead sheep this morning ripped to bits . His wife has seen the dogs on his land , he’s saying phoned the police , and are not interested where do you stand legally , if the dogs returned, but never got back home

    Stav dont ignore the pulsar 750 / 870 as a dedicated scope and with a extra IR , ie SRX you won’t look back I’ve got the 007 , and competing against the 870 there is only one winner 870:by a country mile I think Mitch (VM) will back me up on that atb mate
