Rob I've got the old t20 , with a doubler on so I suppose it's the equivalent to a t50 I've inserted the new AS pill , and is good to 250 yards easy I've just bought the EVO 75 ,with same pill but not had it out yet , there supposed to be the dogs dangles , out to 500 yards If your only going to 100 yards them a t38/50 will do you proud , I just like to see further a field so to speak One more thing mate are you using a ajustable mount with the torch ? I know absolutely nothing about these , but my old legs are about feced So I'm thinking about getting one for a bit of fun , around the farms, and save my legs ( just had a total knee replacement) and it's killing me Thinking about one that can be driven up onto the back of a l200 , instead of a trailer Just makes life a bit more easier at my age Thanks in advance Atb Dave

At the end of the day it's a learning curve for all of us and we do learn every time we go out shooting I can't see how one man asking about a fac fifle , when he's starting out can do any harm at all As I've said , if you don't know is it not better to ask , I would have thought so Fec me I'm only just starting out (fac) , and I've asked questions, why not I though that were here to help each other out , with knowledge and experience No need to fall out lads Atb

I think there may be senable guide lines for diffrent ranges for diffrent call of rifles , I all ways thought and don't know if it s right Fac air yards + 22 80/120 + I know it's not hard and fast , and both will go a lot further , down to the shooter I suppose And more important as mentioned , it's all down to suitably on the fields your shooting on , and the safety or your shooting Fec all to do with range really , if it an't suitable don't use it Atb
  16. Agreed Phil But if you took it back down to 12 f/lbs , it's still fac , and if been used on a perm with out land clearance . (FAC) I d say you'd be well feced Once it's up they're its allways up there Atb
