  1. Argh scum motherfuckers. I hate people who do that to a dog. I'd of been tempted to hop on the motorbike and catch up to get the number of that car. 9 times out of 10 with these cases the sum get off scott free. Hope somebody is looking for that dog and it gets a new home x, good on you.
  2. Oh wonderful so the people who claim to love animals are potentially stealing looked after ferrets from loving homes and sticking them (potentially) in shelters where they will in all likelihood be put down as rehoming places are so full. *slow clap* Urgh I hope the ferrets are found, good luck. Will keep an eye out since I'm only in Bournemouth.
  3. I was actually saddened to hear of her death, Maggie did a lot of good too (Though granted it didn't make up for the bad...) She likely single handedly halted an aids epidemic in the UK, at the time needle use was high and it was being spread by dirty needles. (Not just heroin or other injectable highs, steroid users too) She introduced the needle exchange which has ultimately saved the NHS loads. So RIP Maggie, can't fault you for standing by your word. Not many do that now.
  4. God I feel for the guy who stumbled too, having that on your mind for the rest of your life... RIP.
  5. Look like a lovely day out! Kids look like they had a blinder (I can tell by the mud level up their legs!)
  6. =( Hope you hear some good news soon, poor dog. Filthy scum.
  7. Glad to hear its doing well! I must admit Id of tried to nurse it back to health too if I couldn't get it to a sanctuary. Love wild birds of prey, I'm lucky i'm not too far from two BOP places now, had to drop in a barn owl last year I found looking very confused at the side of the road.
  8. Are you talking about the small penis size one? Better get the rifle out quick I've obviously been holding mine back!
  9. Ah thanks for the welcome guys. Cheers Dymented I was under the impression that all hunting with dogs was banned, glad to hear if I do get me dog I can at least re-live part of my childhood! Will make dad really happy to take him out again too since he can't get about so much now. Won't be for awhile yet though! Glad to be on the forum =)
  10. I tried to broach the subject maturely via PM and got a response very similar to "Truck off you unintelligent piece of spit scum" Hmmm.... I have now been blocked.
  11. astral its fine to add A LINK. Brill, (Sorry just joined so still reading through the rules!) Its only short but well worth brewing a cup for. =)
  12. Reported, horrible pathetic response. People like this need to understand what they are doing is so hurtful. Yeh I might not wish myself to partake in fox hunting myself but thats not to say I want to see people who do dead! I just shoot what I eat and heard fox tastes pretty crap lol. Delighting in the death of a human being shows a level of vile I have no words to describe. I hope no member of these peoples families saw this horrible page!
  13. I heard that you only need very few males to keep a high breeding population of females, as they will seek out many mates. Having too many cocks is a problem as the numbers can mean the females are bothered too much and there is too much competition for the males. Though this is just what a game keeping buddy of my dads has told me I have no gamekeeping experience myself, but I heard its why shooters are encouraged to take cocks over hens?
  14. I was watching an interesting documentary (old one of David .A BBC) called "In the shadow of the Hare" It talked about old mythology and hunting of the hare in the United Kingdom through history, very interesting! Been hoping to catch a glimpse this March but none round my parts. =( If its okay to add links I'd be happy to link to the documentary for those interested.
  15. Hello all, nice to meet you. I thought I'd join the forum as I had been suggested to by a good fella I got talking to at the Edible Garden show a few weeks back. (I apologise if your on here, I've forgotten your name!) Dad used to shoot when I was a kid and I enjoyed going with him and learning about how to process food, older now (26) and will be moving back out to a rural area soon, picked myself up a cheap starter air rifle (SMK 19 hunter) and looking forward to being able to take my old man out once I've practiced enough to be very confident of my abilities. Hoping to join the Park
