will showing them rabbit skins and letting them get the smell help?

i know what your saying but its disgusting people who have lost friends and family to hunting accidents shouldnt have to see others relishing thiers deaths

exactly regardless of your beliefs on hunting taking the p*ss out of someone losing there life or being hurt isnt on, just goes to show who the real animals are!!

thanks lads il take the dogs out with me and see how they react, worth a try if not looks like ill be investing in a more typical marking dog

hi guys, i was told recently about training dogs to be locked onto rabbits so they can tell you if a warren is occupied or not, this is something i want to try but dont know how i would train them. any advice would be appreciated and by the way these arent your usual rabbiting dogs they are husky x malamutes was told this didnt matter though as all dogs could do it if trained, thanks

will all dogs do this or just dogs bred for hunting as ive got 2 huskys but dont know if its worth taking them out?

shouldnt be the problem to be honest as i bought the ferret off a bloke i know and hes worked him lots and always had results hes only sold him as he has health issues which stop him getting out and about, im going to keep trying the area and keep my eye out for a larger warren
