    I was about tweleve the last time I had an Airedale bit older now.. my dad always had one and my granddad, I can remember being told they were welsh terrier crossed with otter hound, also they were dog of choice in WW2 due to there immense courage, the last male one I can remember we had "jody" was excellent with kids ultra protective. I can remember two red setters invadeing his territory once toatal carnage red fur every were. this post fetched a few memories back ! he was really wooly and would actually sulk when clipped out.

    its not a garden as such its land behind property backing on to woods. a few different ways in but a million places to hide I have neighbours who was on about this last year after seeing foot prints outside there windows in snow but who takes notice when its not there prob ( yea I know sorry ) stressed aint in it. don't really want little uns out in day. dogs are going off it again NOW gotta go !

    could anyone give any advice on where to buy a good quality trailcam , the situation is I live in a rural location and there has been a prowler visiting on a regular basis. worryingly hes not a thief as he has had opportunity to steal chainsaws etc , I haven't seen him myself yet but my teenage daughter has twice, last time stood cool as ice peering through window. ive been up a lot lately with flashlight usually 3am - 4am approx. the dogs penned have been going mental which lets me know when hes about but the lamp in trees is useless. are trail cams silent when takeing pics ?

    American whole maize (the yellow bits off corn on the cob ) great fattening feed, be carefull with prices local to me it can range from 15 12 or 8 quid a sack. sounds a bit dear I know, but eight quid a sack aint bad and it don't half but a gut on a bird.

    your going to get a certain amount of shit no matter what you do , I hope iam wrong but if it is a hot spot get the most out of it while you can. I wouldn't phone the bizzies before hand, but when they come and you've sorted it all out with them about having permission, you might get a more direct number to ring before you go again IF you get a half civil one. good luck
