  1. The last thing I would do is jump in to save him......
  2. I saw the footage for the first time this morning. Looks, to me, like the gorilla was taking better care of the child than his mother was ! Gorillas are generally very gentle, despite their enormous size, and if he was going to hurt the child, he had plenty of time to do it ! Very sad really !

    Zoo Poll

Just on the framework of the question, "No".
  4. Brilliant day out ! This was second year and each year more friends want to come ! Well done and thank you to the Oakley !
  5. Yussah, boss ! I be good n***er !
  6. Why are people from 70 countries allowed to vote ? "Should Britain leave the EU or remain ?" Will the options be "Leave", "Remain" and " Let's ask every immigrant we can find, however tenuous their claim to being British might be ?"......... FFS !!
  7. The Turks, Albanians and Macedonians will be arriving soon...
  8. So you're not allowed vote, even though you live in a Crown Dependency a few miles offshore, but you would be allowed to vote if you came from Malta, the Seychelles or Pakistan ? How can that be right ? In what sense is that "democratic" ? Hang on ! Pakistan ! ......here come the chest pains again !
  9. According to this....... http://www.britishinfluence.org/the_referendum_who_can_and_can_t_vote ......residents of the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands have a vote.........as well as people from India, Singapore and Zimbabwe, provided they are resident in the UK. In fact, people from 70 countries are entitled to vote in the referendum, including Irish citizens resident here !! WTF ?? I was going to write loads more, but I'll stop, as I'm just annoying myself !!
  10. A full-sized snooker table......
  11. Wonder what his first word will be........
  12. In this country, we have a system of law and order that has evolved over many centuries, and adapts to suit a changing society. Legal precedent means that laws that may be many, many years old remain relevant to the modern day. If this were not so, our legal system would be stuck in the Dark Ages, still based on myth and superstition. A backward and introverted view of the world would be imposed on its subjects, and brutal punishments imposed on anyone who dared to question the ruling authority. I'm just thankful that this doesn't exist in the world today ! Oh, hang on..........
  13. I agree....i wouldnt trust anyone who didnt have the basic manners to accept a handshake. Ridiculous that it's a difference in culture that's all I agree....i wouldnt trust anyone who didnt have the basic manners to accept a handshake. Ridiculous that it's a difference in culture that's all When in Rome etc etc ?
  14. Let me save them a lot of time and even more money....... Does Sharia discriminate against women ? Yes. Is Sharia compatible with UK law ? No. Is Sharia being misused ? Yes. Now ask me one on sport !
  15. As I've said, I'm not convinced by Trump, but he definitely has the momentum. Look for the most vicious campaign in many years (possibly ever), but if there's one thing Donald J loves, it's a good ruck !
  16. How do go about complaining ASA website. All pretty straightforward...
  17. Net migration into the UK has risen to its second highest level ever. Cameron was elected with a manifesto promise to bring migration down into the "tens of thousands", a commitment they have now downgraded to "a sustainable level".....today's figure, the last before the EU referendum, is almost 330,000. http://www.migrationwatchuk.org/statistics-net-migration-statistics http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016/05/26/eu-referendum-lord-ashcroft-poll-finds-nearly-two-thirds-of-vote/

  19. A clumsy and ill-conceived attempt to paint "Leave" supporters as racist thugs ! The EU referendum is not, and has never been, about colour or race. It is about being British, and want future you want for your country. I've joined the many others in complaining to the Advertising Standards Agency.....
  20. He's clearing directing her to the point where he will help her across the road.....or push her under a bus, one of the two !
  21. That's a whole new low for the stay campaign absolutely disgraceful. How are they getting away with such utter bollocks I've just come across this and I am incandescent with rage ! Supporters say that it's not about race, but the very clear visual implication is that if you support "Leave", you are a Neanderthal hooligan, happy to intimidate and threaten. I am so angry, I can't even find words to express it !!
  22. Is that like Spring Watch, but set in an orchard ?
  23. I'm not at all convinced by Trump, but I also think that Democrats indecision is actually helping Donald J, and that when they do eventually make a decision,it will be the wrong one ! A large part of Trump's popularity is his 'anti-establishment' populism - exactly the same credentials that Sanders has.... Politicians don't come any more 'establishment' than Clinton, and I think it's her that could lose it for the Democrats, rather than Trump winning it !
